You have full visibility to your contribution payment history in the Investor Portal.

=> Select Contribution activity from the menu

Every contribution payment you have made is displayed showing:

  • Investment entity

  • Payment method

  • Date

  • Payment Status

  • Amount

The possible status values are:

  • Failed - Payment could not be completed. Contact Groundbreaker to determine how to resolve the failure.

  • In Progress (ACH only) - Transaction has been initiated but payment has not yet completed. You are able to cancel the payment in this stage.

  • Paid - Payment has been received and completed

  • Pending - Payment has been initiated but not yet received

  • Settled - ACH payment has completed successfully

  • Voided - Transaction was canceled before it was completed
