ACH is a secure payment method that allows you to authorize your bank to send your contribution directly to the sponsor. If you find a need to retract the payment, you have a window of opportunity to cancel the transaction.

=> Select Contribution Activity from the menu

To cancel an ACH transaction in progress, click on the In Progress status next to the ACH contribution payment you wish to cancel. Note that this is an option only when the status is In Progress. (If you need to cancel an ACH payment that shows any other status, contact support at the email below.)

You are given the details for this payment with an option to cancel.

Pressing the Cancel payment button will stop the ACH process and void the payment. The payment will now show in history with a status of “Voided”.
