The Investor Portal's Home Dashboard displays your sponsor's live offerings. Each offering has a deal card showing specifics, including the offering stage. The sponsor will update the offering stage to reflect the current status of the offer and manage how it will be presented to potential investors on the Dashboard. Throughout the lifecycle of an offering, there are five possible stages.

  • Teaser

  • Fundraising

  • Operating

  • Realized

  • Completed

Offering Stages

Teaser

When the offering is in this stage, you are not able to sign agreements and commit to an investment, but you can click on Show Interest or View Details to view more details, including additional photos and integrated maps. You can also reserve an amount in this offering.

Fundraising

Offerings in the fundraising stage are ready for investment. Clicking View Details on an offering in the fundraising stage will present you with a page for that offering that includes additional information, photos, and integrated maps. You can move directly into the online subscription process by clicking on Invest Now.

Operating

Offerings in the operating stage have been fully funded, are closed to additional investments, and you will not see them on your Dashboard.

If you invested in this offering, the details related to your position are available from the Investments Dashboard.

Realized

Offerings in the realized stage have been liquidated and final distributions, payouts, and settlements are underway. These are also not shown to you on the Dashboard, but if you invested in this offering, the details related to your position are available from the Investments Dashboard.

Completed

This is the final stage of an Offering. All activity associated with the offering is finished and it no longer shows on the Dashboard. If you participated in this offering, you will see your position reflected as a Completed Investment on the Investments Dashboard.
