When the sponsor creates their offerings, they add information and details about each offering into a virtual deal room created for each offering. When you access the Investor Portal, you are presented with Offerings that your sponsor has made available for you.

But the sponsor may also be more proactive and send an email notification to you when they publish a new offering.

The email will have a summary of information about the offering and will include a link. When you click on Access the Investor Portal, you will be directed to the Offering page (if you are logged into the portal).
