How to View Investment Details

  1. Log in to the Investor Portal: Use your registered email and password to log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to the Investments Section: Once logged in, click on the "Investments" tab located in the main menu on the left side of the screen.

  3. Select an Investment: You will see a list of your investments. Click on any investment to view detailed metrics.

Key Investment Metrics Explained

1. Return on Investment (ROI)

This version of ROI calculates the percentage return based on the total distributions received compared to the total investment made.

2. Cash on Cash Return

This version of the formula allows you to calculate the annualized cash return by dividing the ratio of total distributions to total investment by the investment duration in years, and then multiplying by 100 to express it as a percentage.

3. Capital Remaining

Capital Remaining is the amount of your original investment that has not yet been returned to you, either through distributions, sales, or other forms of return. This metric helps you understand how much of your initial investment is still at risk.

This figure gives you a clear view of the amount of capital still working within the investment.

Conclusion

By understanding these metrics—ROI, Cash on Cash Return, and Capital Remaining—you gain valuable insights into the performance and risk profile of your investments.
