Janover Connect now allows investors to make multiple investments in the same deal. Whether you want to invest additional funds using the same investor account or a different one, you can do so seamlessly through the platform.

Why Invest Multiple Times?

  • Increase Your Allocation: If you initially invested but later decide you want to allocate more funds, you can easily do so.

  • Diversify Across Accounts: If you manage multiple investment entities, you can contribute from different accounts while tracking each investment separately.

  • Take Advantage of New Insights: As new deal information becomes available, you might decide to increase your participation.

How to Make Multiple Investments in a Single Deal

Follow these steps to invest multiple times in the same deal:

  1. After you have started the investment process for the first time, an "Invest More" button will appear in the offering on the main page.

  2. Click on the "Invest More" button, and it will take you to the offering page.

  3. On the offering page, you will see a list of all the investments you have made in this offering or are in the process of making.

  4. You can choose to add more investments from this page, by clicking on Invest More.

  5. Next to each investment, you will see its current stage, allowing you to select which one you want to work on.

  6. Once it says Completed this means there is no other step to take and you have successfully invested in the deal.

You can always return to this page by clicking "Invest More" and continue the process for a specific investment.

You will receive notifications for each step of the way and for each investment.

Important Considerations

  • Each investment will be treated as a separate transaction.

  • Minimum and maximum investment limits still apply per transaction.
