Once you are logged in, you will see the Home Dashboard as shown below. This page has some important information about your investment activity with this sponsor.

On the left side of the page are the main menu selections.

This menu selection takes you to the same Home Dashboard you see when you log in. From here you can:

The Investments section summarizes your investments (both active and completed). It includes:

The Documents section is a single place to access documents for all investments across your investment accounts. It has notices and statements, quarterly reports, tax forms, legal agreements, and more. On this page you can:

The investor accounts section is where you create, review, and manage investor accounts you (or the General Partner) have created to manage your investments.

The Contribution activity section shows a list and status of all contribution payments you have made.

Your name is located at the top on the right side of the page.

When you click on your name, you can access the settings for your portal account.

Offerings are readily available for you to access directly from the login page.

Click on the banner to fund any offerings awaiting your contribution payment.

Click on Resume investment to complete the online subscription process for the offering.

Invest in an offering by clicking on Invest now.

Show you are interested in a 'teaser' offering by clicking Mark as Interested.

Further down the page you can see the total amount you have contributed to this sponsor and the amount in distributions you have received.
