If you have not received an invitation, go to the link for the Sponsor’s Investor Portal to request an account

Most sponsors provide a link to the Investor Portal login from their website. The deal sponsor may have also shared the link in a newsletter or other investor communications. If you cannot find the login link, please email the deal sponsor and ask them for the investor portal login URL.

Invitation

If the sponsor has your contact information, they may send a portal invitation to you. In this case, you will receive an email from the sponsor asking you to click a link to create a password. Follow the link to set your password, activate your account, and log in.

Request an Account

If you do not have an account and have not received an invitation, you can request investor access from the Investor Portal login page.

Provide your information and click Submit.

You are required to confirm your email. The message displays the next steps.

Approval Required

Depending on your sponsor, your request may need to be approved before you can access the portal.

Once confirmed, you will see this display.

Once approved, you will receive an email. Clicking on the link in the email will direct you to the login page where you will sign on with your email address and the password you created when you requested access.

Auto Approval

Your sponsor may elect to allow all access requests to be approved automatically. In this case, you will still be required to confirm your email address.
