Live Chat In-app
The button that is located at the bottom right of the screen is always available to you.
Clicking here will bring up a dialog box.
You can send a message and one of our support specialists will respond. While waiting for a reply, we’ll provide you with a list of a few articles that may be helpful.
You can also access articles in the User Guides we maintain in our Knowledgebase repository from this dialog box.
Access the Help Center from the Main Menu.
=> Click on Menu located at the far right
=> Select Help
The Help Center page displays, and you can ask a question in the chat located on the right side of the page.
Replies will show in the chat window and will be emailed to the address you provide.
On the left side, you have access to the User Guides in our Knowledgebase and a search option as well.
You always have the option to email Groundbreaker support.
