Because it is possible for you and your LPs to make clerical errors or take an action in error, Groundbreaker gives you the ability to correct much of the data associated with your account. You can find many helpful articles within the Knowledgebase to instruct you on how to manage your data. Search for 'delete' and 'edit' to find relevant articles.

If you find a clerical or data issue that you are not able to correct on your own, send an email to and include the URL of the page with the issue. You can find the URL for the page in the address bar of your web browser. Note that not all browsers will show the address bar in exactly the same place on the screen. The example below was captured using Chrome as the web browser.

Understand that revising and/or deleting some items like investor accounts, offerings, and investment entities can impact any investments associated with them as well.
