You can update your Investor Portal settings to determine how to manage requests for access to your user portal.
To access your Investor Portal Settings:
=> Select Menu from the Home Dashboard
=> Select Settings
=> Click on Investor Portal
You have two options:
Investors require approval - Select this option when you want to manage who will be able to see your offerings and invest with you. When a potential LP requests access to your investor portal, someone within your organization must review and approve the request before the LP can log in.
No approval required - Choose this option when you want to automatically approve all investor portal access requests.
Make sure to click Save when you change the setting.
No matter which option you choose, Groundbreaker always requires potential users to confirm their email addresses before they can be approved for access.
