Managing Offering Visibility. You can have deals available to all investors or to only some of your choice.

In Janover Connect, you have full control over who can view your offerings. By default, all active offerings are visible to all investors that log in to your portal, giving you maximum exposure. However, if you prefer to share your offerings only with specific individuals or groups, you can easily adjust the visibility settings to suit your needs.

  • Broaden Exposure: Keep your offering visible to everyone to attract a wide range of potential investors.

  • Target Specific Audiences: Share your offering exclusively with select investors for more strategic outreach.

  • Maintain Privacy: Limit visibility when dealing with sensitive or exclusive opportunities.

How to Adjust Offering Visibility

  1. Navigate to the Offering Page: Open the specific offering you want to manage.

  2. Locate the Access Section: On the right-hand side of the page, you will see a section labeled "Access."

  3. View Current Visibility: In the Access section, you will see the current access type. If it says "All registered portal users," all investors with access to your portal can view the offering.

  4. Edit Access Settings: Click on the "Edit" button next to the current access type.

  5. Select "Invite Only": From the options, select "Invite Only." This will restrict the visibility so that only specific investors you add as prospects can see the offering.

  6. Add Prospects: To add prospects, refer to this article for detailed steps.

  7. Confirm and Save: Once you have added the necessary prospects, your offering will be visible only to them, and they will be able to proceed with their investment.

  • Default Setting Awareness: Remember that your offering is initially set to be visible to all. Regularly review your visibility settings to ensure they align with your goals.

  • Tailored Communication: When sharing exclusive offerings, inform your targeted audience to drive engagement and interest.
