Using Two Factor Authentication (2FA) when you log in to Groundbreaker provides an extra layer of security. When 2FA is enabled, you must enter a six-digit code in addition to your password when you attempt to access the Manager Platform.

2FA cannot be enabled as a default for all users - it is managed by each individual user, whether they are accessing the Manager Platform or the Investor Portal.

Enable Two Factor Authentication

=> Select Menu from the Home Dashboard

=> Click Profile

By default, 2FA is off. Click on Enable two-step authentication to activate this security feature.

Once 2FA is enabled, a single-use six-digit code will be sent to your phone every time you log into Groundbreaker. You must enter this code and click on Sign In to complete your login.

Once you enter the code, you are directed to the Home Page. If you are not successful, either you mistyped the code or let it expire. Click on Back to login to try again.

Disable Two Factor Authentication

You can disable 2FA from the same Profile settings page. Click on Disable two-step authentication to remove this security feature.
