Your Contacts are everyone you may contact concerning your deals. This includes active prospects, other potential investors, current investors, and anyone you authorize for access to the Investor Portal. Over time, you may want to remove Contacts from your active list so that it remains manageable.
To remove a contact:
=> Select Menu from the Home Dashboard
=> Select Contacts
=> Click on the contact’s name
=> Select Settings
The page that shows the details for the contact is shown. At the bottom of the page, select Deactivate contact account to remove the contact.
If the contact has existing investments, they cannot be deactivated.
If the contact has no associated investments, you will get the confirmation dialogue box.
You are not actually deleting the Contact, simply changing their status. If needed, you can always reactivate the Contact and all their information is retained.
Click Save at the bottom of the page to retain your changes.
