The Investor Portal is what investors and prospects will use to view your Offerings and manage their investments. You can support users who are unable to log in by sending them a link to reset their password.

=> Select Menu from the Home Dashboard

=> Select Contacts

=> Click on a contact name

From the overview page for the contact, select Reset Password.

You will be asked to confirm the action.

If you press Reset Password, Groundbreaker will send an email to the contact directing them to create a new password.
