As investors make offers and move through the investment process, Groundbreaker creates relationships between several sets of data. Because of these relationships, accounts cannot be deleted, but you can deactivate an investor account.
To deactivate an Investor Account:
=> Select Menu from the Home Dashboard
=> Then select Investor Accounts
=> Click on the name of the Investor Account to deactivate
=> Click Settings
From the settings page that is displayed, scroll to the bottom and click on the orange button to Deactivate investor account.
