You can choose to close the investment entity when all activities related to this investment entity are done. Closing the investment entity will move it off of your list of active investment entities. The investment entity remains accessible to you, but all actions related to the investment entity are disabled. When you make this change, all investments associated with the investment entity will change status from Active to Complete.

To close an investment entity:

=> Select Menu from the Home Dashboard

=> Then select Investment Entities

=> Click on the Investment Entity you want to update

=> Click on Close investment entity

You will be asked to confirm.

The status of the investment entity now shows as Closed.

It has also moved off of the Active list and is listed with other Closed investment entities.

When you or the LP look at the investments, all investments made with this investment entity will show as completed.

Please note that you may reopen the investment entity if it was closed prematurely. Simply click Reopen investment entity.

Confirm the action to enable distributions and other activities.

The investment entity is now reset to Active and Investments that were previously marked as Complete will again show as Active.
