On the Groundbreaker Platform, an offering is how you market your deal. Offerings are presented on the investor portal and potential investors can view, reserve, commit and invest in your deal. When you want to stop accepting new offers and/or fundraising is complete, you can close the offering.

To close an offering, from the Home Dashboard:

=> Select Menu

=> Select Offerings

=> Click on the Offering name

Click on Close offering to change the status of the offering to Closed.

The closed offering will no longer display on your investor portal as an investment opportunity and any pending subscriptions are halted and cannot be advanced or completed.

This is a view of the status of a subscription for a closed offering.

The offering status shows Closed on the list of your offerings.

You may, however, reopen the offering if needed. From the list of offerings, select the offering you want to reopen to display the offering detail page. Click on Reopen Offering.

The offering is once again open for new offers and any pending subscriptions can be completed.
