When you upload documents for an Offering, those documents become available to anyone with access to the Offering and provide additional insight into the opportunity. Some examples would be additional marketing materials, memorandums, or historical performance statistics.

To add documents for Offerings:

=> Select Menu from the Home Dashboard.

=> Then select Offerings.

=> Choose the Offering associated with the documents

=> Click Data room or Settings tab

Scroll down to the Documents section to upload any documents that are relevant for the Offering or that give investors additional information about the Offering.

Should you encounter an issue with a broken link to a document, contact support@groundbreaker.co and send the link for the offering with the name of the document you cannot retrieve.
