You can remove subscription documents when you access an existing offering. There are a few things that you should note.
The change in subscription documents only applies to new subscribers
Existing investors or prospects that have already submitted the subscription package are not impacted
There must always be at least one subscription document uploaded for the deal
You will not be able to remove the document if it is the only one defined for the subscription
You can remove the subscription documents when you access the offering.
=> Select Menu from the Home Dashboard
=> Then select Offerings
=> Click on the Offering you want to update
=> Click on Settings
=> Click on Stage and Parameters
Scroll down to the Online subscription documents section.
From here, click on More actions and choose Remove.
Click Remove to confirm the delete action.
