You can remove subscription documents when you access an existing offering. There are a few things that you should note.

  • The change in subscription documents only applies to new subscribers

  • Existing investors or prospects that have already submitted the subscription package are not impacted

  • There must always be at least one subscription document uploaded for the deal

  • You will not be able to remove the document if it is the only one defined for the subscription

While you can remove the subscription documents when you access the offering, you may also do so from the Investment Entity page. Both methods are covered below.

Update the Offering

=> Select Menu from the Home Dashboard

=> Then select Offerings

=> Click on the Offering you want to update

=> Click on Data Room or Settings

=> Click on Stage and Parameters

Scroll down to the Online subscription documents section.

From here, click on More actions and choose Remove.

Click Remove to confirm the delete action.

Revise the Investment Entity

You can also access an existing investment entity and remove documents from the investment entity page.

=> Select Menu from the Home Dashboard

=> Then select Investment Entities

=> Click on the Investment Entity you want to update

The overview page for the Investment Entity is displayed and you access the Subscription details by clicking the Subscription button right below the Investment Entity's name.

To display the closing documents, click on View documents.

Once you are on the Subscription documents page, you will see a list of existing documents. Click on Remove to delete the document.
