You can now personalize your emails using contact tokens! You can now dynamically insert the first and last names of your contacts directly into your emails for a more personalized touch. This new capability makes it easier to build stronger connections and improve engagement.

How It Works

Tokens act as placeholders that are automatically replaced with the contact’s information when the email is sent. Our platform now supports the following tokens:

  • Contact's First Name

  • Contact's Last Name

To add these tokens go to the email page (whether from the offering, investment entity or contacts' tab) and click on Personalization, there you will have the options to select both First name and Last Name or just one of them.

For example:

  • Before: "Hello, {{firstName}} {{LastName}}!"

  • After: "Hello, John Doe!"

Best Practices for Personalization

  • Tone Consistency: Ensure that the personalization aligns with the overall tone and content of your email.

  • Test Before Sending: Always send a test email to yourself or a colleague to check formatting and ensure tokens are displaying properly.

Why Use Email Personalization?

  • Increased Engagement: Personalized emails have higher open and response rates.

  • Better Relationships: Addressing contacts by name makes your communication feel more tailored and human.

  • Professionalism: A personalized greeting shows attention to detail and enhances your brand perception.one Consistency: Ensure that the personalization aligns with the overall tone and content of your email.
