Being able to talk to your investors from your own domain is very important as investors are used to seeing it and will be expecting communications from it.
To verify your email click on Settings under Menu.
Once in Settings, make sure that you go to Notifications
In Notifications you will see a box asking you to verify two different things.
Notifications Email - all automatic emails that go from the platform.
Marketing Email - all communication sent to investors that can be customizable
For Marketing Email, all you need to do is click on Send Verification Email and once you receive the email forward it to [email protected] this way we can verify it for you.
