You can now write and blast out emails to your investors through Groundbreaker. Emails can be sent in bulk, to all investors in a deal, to prospects, to all contacts, or as a one on one communication.

You can send emails through Groundbreaker from the contacts tab, from an offering for from a specific investment entity.

Click on Menu and contacts.
Once you have selected the contacts you want to send the email to, a button called "More actions” will appear — click and choose "Send email".

Once you have selected which offering you want to email, you can send an email to all prospects there without looking at their statuses or you can filter based on their status and choose to send an email to specific investors.

Once you have selected the contacts you want to send the email to, a button called "More actions” will appear — click and choose "Send email".

Click on Menu and investment entity.

Once you have selected which investment entity you want to email, you can send an email to all investors on that deal. Whether you want to let them know that a new document has been uploaded, or letting them know how the investment is doing, you can email all investors at once by scrolling down to the bottom of the page and clicking on "Send email"

From all three places above, once you click on Send email, a new page will load the email sending workflow. The "from" and "to” fields will be automatically populated. From here you can enter the subject and body of the email.

Once written, click the "Send” button and a notification will pop up confirming whether the email was sent. To return to the contacts page, click the arrow.

Congratulations! Your email has been sent!
